UMANG App / उमंग ऐप :-

UMANG App एक Mobile Application है, जिसे Digital India के अंतर्गत भारत में e-Governance Services को नागरिकों तक पहुँचाने के लिए विकसित किया गया है।

UMANG App को Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) तथा National e-Governance Division (NeGD) के सहयोग से विकसित किया गया है।

UMANG App को नवंबर 2017 में Launch किया गया था।

UMANG App की विशेषताएँ

1. Multiple Government Services / अनेक सरकारी सेवाएँ – एक ही App के माध्यम से कई Government Services का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
2. Aadhaar Services / आधार सेवाएँ – उपलब्ध Aadhaar-related services को access किया जा सकता है।
3. Bharat Gas / भारत गैस – उपलब्ध LPG-related services का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
4. DigiLocker / डिजिलॉकर – DigiLocker से संबंधित services तक पहुँच प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
5. Passport Services / पासपोर्ट सेवाएँ – उपलब्ध Passport-related services का उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
6. Multiple Languages / अनेक भाषाएँ – UMANG को विभिन्न Indian Languages में उपलब्ध कराया गया है।

UMANG को कहाँ से Access कर सकते हैं?

UMANG services को कई channels के माध्यम से access किया जा सकता है, जैसे:

• IVR – Interactive Voice Response

इन services को Smartphone, Feature Phone, Tablet और Desktop जैसे devices के माध्यम से access किया जा सकता है।

UMANG का उद्देश्य

UMANG का मुख्य उद्देश्य विभिन्न Government Departments की e-Governance Services को एक ही platform के माध्यम से नागरिकों तक पहुँचाना है।

Objective of UMANG

The main objective of UMANG is to provide various e-Governance services of different Government Departments to citizens through a single platform.
