Bounce E-mail (बाउंस ई-मेल) :-
Bounce E-mail वह E-mail होता है जो Sender (भेजने वाले) को वापस प्राप्त होता है, क्योंकि भेजा गया original E-mail Recipient (प्राप्तकर्ता) तक successfully deliver (पहुँच) नहीं हो पाया।
Bounce E-mail is an e-mail notification returned to the sender when the original e-mail cannot be successfully delivered to the recipient.
**Common Causes of Bounce E-mail :-

1. Invalid E-mail Address (गलत E-mail Address) -
यदि recipient का E-mail address गलत या अस्तित्व में नहीं है, तो E-mail deliver नहीं हो सकता।
If the recipient's e-mail address is incorrect or does not exist, the e-mail cannot be delivered.
Example:
abc123@xyz.com address गलत है या मौजूद नहीं है।
2. Mailbox Full (मेलबॉक्स का भर जाना) -
यदि recipient का mailbox पूरी तरह भर गया है, तो वह नया E-mail receive नहीं कर सकता।
If the recipient's mailbox is full, it may not be able to receive new e-mails.
3. Domain Does Not Exist (Domain का उपलब्ध न होना) -
यदि E-mail address में दिया गया domain मौजूद नहीं है, तो E-mail deliver नहीं हो सकता।
If the domain mentioned in the e-mail address does not exist, the e-mail cannot be delivered.
4. Server Problem (सर्वर की समस्या) -
यदि recipient का mail server temporarily unavailable या down है, तो E-mail deliver नहीं हो सकता।
If the recipient's mail server is temporarily unavailable or down, the e-mail may not be delivered.
5. Message Too Large (Message का बहुत बड़ा होना) -
यदि E-mail या उसका attachment allowed size से बड़ा है, तो mail server उसे reject कर सकता है।
If the e-mail or its attachment is larger than the allowed size, the mail server may reject it.
6. Blocked or Rejected Mail (Mail का Block या Reject होना) -
यदि recipient server किसी कारण से E-mail को block या reject कर देता है, तो E-mail bounce हो सकता है।
If the recipient's server blocks or rejects the e-mail, the message may bounce back to the sender.
**Types of Bounce E-mail
(बाउंस E-mail के प्रकार)**
1. Hard Bounce (हार्ड बाउंस) -
Hard Bounce तब होता है जब E-mail delivery में permanent problem (स्थायी समस्या) होती है।
A Hard Bounce occurs when there is a permanent problem with e-mail delivery.

यदि recipient का E-mail account ही मौजूद नहीं है, तो mail बार-बार deliver नहीं होगा। इसे Hard Bounce कहा जाता है।
2. Soft Bounce (सॉफ्ट बाउंस) -
Soft Bounce तब होता है जब E-mail delivery में temporary problem (अस्थायी समस्या) होती है।
A Soft Bounce occurs when there is a temporary problem with e-mail delivery.

यदि recipient का mailbox temporarily full है, तो mail अभी deliver नहीं होगा। बाद में problem ठीक होने पर delivery हो सकती है। इसे Soft Bounce कहा जाता है।

Sender: student@gmail.com
Recipient: abc123@xyz.com
लेकिन abc123@xyz.com address मौजूद नहीं है।
Mail server आपको notification भेज सकता है:
“Delivery failed”
“Message could not be delivered”
यह returned notification Bounce E-mail का उदाहरण है।
