Types of e-Governance :-
e-Governance को Government और उसके interaction के आधार पर मुख्यतः चार प्रकारों में बाँटा जाता है।
1. G2G – Government to Government
2. G2C – Government to Citizen
3. G2B – Government to Business
4. G2E – Government to Employee
1. G2G – Government to Government :-
G2G (Government to Government) में एक Government department या organization द्वारा दूसरे Government department या organization के साथ information और services का electronic exchange किया जाता है।
इसमें Central Government, State Government और विभिन्न Government Departments के बीच information का आदान-प्रदान हो सकता है।

G2G (Government to Government) refers to electronic interaction and exchange of information between government departments and government organizations.

2. G2C – Government to Citizen :-
G2C (Government to Citizen) के माध्यम से Government सीधे citizens को विभिन्न public services और information उपलब्ध कराती है।
Citizens Internet के माध्यम से Government services प्राप्त कर सकते हैं और अपनी applications, complaints या feedback भी submit कर सकते हैं।

3. G2B – Government to Business :-
G2B (Government to Business) में Government और Business organizations के बीच electronic communication और services उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।
इसका उद्देश्य businesses के लिए Government-related processes को आसान और efficient बनाना है।
