Registers
Register कंप्यूटर की सबसे तेज (Fastest) और सबसे छोटी (Smallest) मेमोरी होती है। यह CPU (Central Processing Unit) के अंदर स्थित होती है। CPU किसी भी निर्देश (Instruction) को निष्पादित (Execute) करने से पहले आवश्यक डेटा और निर्देशों को रजिस्टर में रखता है।
रजिस्टर प्रोसेसर को बहुत तेज गति से डेटा उपलब्ध कराते हैं, इसलिए कंप्यूटर की कार्यक्षमता (Performance) बढ़ जाती है।

A Register is the smallest and fastest memory unit in a computer. It is located inside the CPU (Central Processing Unit). Before executing an instruction, the CPU stores the required data and instructions in registers.
Registers provide data to the processor at very high speed, improving overall computer performance.
