CVV (Card Verification Value) :-

CVV (Card Verification Value) एक Security Code होता है, जिसका उपयोग Debit Card या Credit Card से किए जाने वाले Online/Card-Not-Present Transactions में card की additional verification के लिए किया जाता है।

अधिकांश Visa, Mastercard और अन्य cards में CVV सामान्यतः card के Back Side पर दिया गया 3-digit security code होता है। कुछ card networks में security code की position या format अलग हो सकता है।

CVV का उपयोग यह verify करने में मदद करता है कि online transaction करने वाले व्यक्ति के पास card की physical details उपलब्ध हैं।

Note: CVV को किसी व्यक्ति के साथ share नहीं करना चाहिए। Bank या trusted service की genuine verification process में भी CVV को अनावश्यक रूप से किसी व्यक्ति को बताने से बचना चाहिए।
