Connector Symbol (कनेक्टर सिंबल) :-

Connector Symbol का उपयोग फ्लोचार्ट में दो Flow Lines या फ्लोचार्ट के विभिन्न भागों (Different Parts) को जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है। जब फ्लोचार्ट बड़ा हो जाता है या Flow Lines को सीधे जोड़ने से वे एक-दूसरे को काटने (Cross) लगती हैं, तब Connector Symbol का उपयोग किया जाता है।

Connector Symbol फ्लोचार्ट को साफ (Neat), व्यवस्थित (Organized) और पढ़ने में आसान (Easy to Read) बनाता है।

On-Page Connector का आकार छोटा वृत्त (Small Circle) होता है, जबकि Off-Page Connector का आकार पंचभुज (Pentagon / Home Plate) होता है।

The Connector Symbol is used in a flowchart to connect two flow lines or different parts of a flowchart. It is used when the flowchart becomes large or when flow lines would otherwise cross each other.

The Connector Symbol makes the flowchart neat, organized, and easy to read.

An On-Page Connector is represented by a Small Circle, while an Off-Page Connector is represented by a Pentagon (Home Plate).

Types (प्रकार) :- 1. On-Page Connector (ऑन-पेज कनेक्टर)

• एक ही पेज (Same Page) पर दो स्थानों को जोड़ने के लिए। / Used to connect two locations on the same page.
• आकार: छोटा वृत्त (Circle). / Shape: Small Circle.

2. Off-Page Connector (ऑफ-पेज कनेक्टर)

• एक पेज से दूसरे पेज (Different Pages) पर Flow जारी रखने के लिए। / Used to continue the flow from one page to another.
• आकार: पंचभुज (Pentagon / Home Plate). / Shape: Pentagon.

Rules (महत्वपूर्ण नियम) :-

• Connector Symbol का उपयोग Flow Lines को जोड़ने के लिए किया जाता है। / A Connector Symbol is used to connect Flow Lines.
• जब Flow Lines Cross (Intersect) होने लगें, तब Connector का उपयोग करना चाहिए। / Use a Connector when Flow Lines would cross each other.
• On-Page Connector केवल एक ही पेज पर उपयोग किया जाता है। / An On-Page Connector is used only on the same page.
• Off-Page Connector का उपयोग दूसरे पेज पर Flow जारी रखने के लिए किया जाता है। / An Off-Page Connector is used to continue the flow on another page.
• जुड़े हुए Connectors पर एक ही पहचान (Same Label) जैसे A, B, C या 1, 2, 3 लिखी जानी चाहिए। / Connected Connectors should have the same label, such as A, B, C or 1, 2, 3.
• Connector का उपयोग Flowchart को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखने के लिए किया जाता है। / Connectors are used to keep the flowchart neat and organized.
• Connector Symbols का अनावश्यक उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए। / Avoid unnecessary use of Connector Symbols.
• प्रत्येक Connector का सही मिलान (Proper Matching) होना चाहिए। / Every Connector should have a proper matching connector.

• Flow Lines को जोड़ने के लिए। / Used to connect Flow Lines.
• Flow Lines को Cross होने से बचाने के लिए। / Used to avoid crossing of Flow Lines.
• बड़े Flowchart को व्यवस्थित बनाने के लिए। / Used to organize large flowcharts.
• एक ही पेज पर Flow जारी रखने के लिए। / Used to continue flow on the same page.
• दूसरे पेज पर Flow जारी रखने के लिए। / Used to continue flow on another page.
