आज की Skills भविष्य में Outdated हो सकती हैं, इसलिए IT Professionals को अपनी Skills को लगातार Upgrade, Upskill और Reskill करना आवश्यक है। NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) ने IT Professionals को Emerging Technologies सीखने और अपनी Skills Upgrade करने के लिए FutureSkills platform बनाया, जिसे 19 February 2018 को Launch किया गया था। FutureSkills पर IoT (Internet of Things), Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Cloud Computing और Cyber Security जैसी Emerging Technologies सीखी जा सकती हैं।
